So I tried SO HARD to get this on, with the help of my fiance, but I did end up needing to cut the legs part (which I'll be modifying with similar fabric to the crotch region). That's not a fault of the vest, I just have really thick thighs right where they meet with the crotch. Other than that, I love it! I'm just going to modify them to work with my body shape and then I'm set! Though personally I'm going to have to add a zipper or clasps system since it's hard for me to bind on my own and my fiance's not always around to help.

Measure Your Chest

First take a snug measurement under the bust line with a tape measure. Next take another measurement over the fullest part of your chest. Again not too tight but not too loose. Take the average of these two measurement and apply the result to the scale provided below.

HOW TO WEAR

Hold both straps of the shirt and step into the garment. Pull up the garment and slide arms through armhole and adjust for comfort.

HOW TO CARE

You may hand wash or machine wash your binders but only in cold water. use gentle cicle when machine washing. Do not iron. Do not place the garment near of any lkiind of heat source. Do not use any kind of bleach. Drip dry and flat dry. Do not Place your binder in the dryer.
